This is the exact replacement

These things are way overpriced, but all water heaters are overpriced. It was more of a way of installing the original water heater, making installation difficult, but it takes a smart and experienced person with some tools to install one properly.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

Fantastic! at Transmissions & Parts

Works exactly as advertised and installation was a breeze! It was great to be able to go camping this summer and have hot water on demand. I switched from a standard pilot to a DSI model and couldn't be happier just flicking a switch and 10 minutes later I had enough hot water to take a shower. This product is highly recommended!

Pros
  • Still Satisfied
Cons
  • Crumpled Packaging

Excellent price. Featherweight setup

The exact same unit in my camper trailer is over $100 less than the camping club price. Easy to install, slow to work with and take good care of the outer frame and door, you'll use them again, as will the teflon pipe connector you connect the water to. Use plumbing putty to seal the frame, applying it 1/8 inch the width of the outside edge of the frame.

Pros
  • That's amazing
Cons
  • Hard to say

Hot water alert

Purchased July 2, 2021, installed October 14, 2021 For DIY! Make sure you connect the DSI according to the instructions and use the color coded cable that you will need to purchase separately to avoid confusion when connecting the DC power supply. I have a 1997 Coachmen Catalina Lite. I would rate this a 5. You may need to resize the water heater opening on some caravans. There's no way to regulate the temperature, it turns out that boiling hot water burns your skin. also install.

Pros
  • 1 year trial
Cons
  • Crumpled

Happy Camper Here in Parts

After some negligence on my part I had to replace my "Suburban Trailer Water Heater (sw6D)" after blowing out the original without water. to travel. (Don't do it / Don't be that guy). While shopping I found Revain at the best price so I ordered it. It arrived in perfect condition in about 4 days so I wasn't worried about it being damaged in transit. I can also add that it is packaged very well, with thick cardboard inserts to ensure safe delivery. I installed it myself after watching a YouTube…

Pros
  • Superb Design
