Sugatsune HP 65 Catches Stainless Polished Review

After extensive testing in my cabinet hardware project I have to say that i am disappointed with this product. While the sleek design and polished stainless steel catch may look great, it just doesn`t hold up.The catch mechanism is faulty, causing doors to pop open randomly. As a result, I had to constantly re-adjust the catches, causing frustration and wasted time. The price may be attractive, but the cons far outweigh the pros in this case..

They seem strong enough for the purpose. Hopefully the twist locks will hold - they seem less well constructed than the rest of the latch. Of course, a bar is only as strong as its weakest part. In this case, those tiny screws might be the weakest part. I was glad all the parts were there, but I'll take better screws.
