The base is strong and holds up well in the car but the phone holder broke! It has zero grip to hold the phone. I just opened it and was so disappointed. I already glued the base to my car! Do not buy. I want a refund

Finally a mount that really fits and can be used in a Jeep without taking up the entire windshield or blocking your view. Ingenious design and very good workmanship. Metal parts where it matters most, not plastic. This is the best mount for a jeep.

The mount itself is very secure but the part holding the phone broke within 3 hours. The spring has loosened and now the thing just dangles, retracting fully and not reaching for the phone. I am very disappointed that the holder is of such poor quality compared to the rest of the device

The holder was great as long as it lasted, the adhesion did not give way, but about 8 months after the purchase the spring on the inside of the actual phone holder happened to be snapped into place so the mount no longer conforms to the phone's shape (and therefore cannot hold anything). For the price, I expected the product to work flawlessly for more than 8 months.

All the adhesive and aluminum parts of this case are great, but the adjustable plastic phone holder broke the first time I put my phone in. On only one side of this plastic clip, which supports the entire weight of the phone, there are 2 small screws that hold it together. The other side doesn't hold anything together, as soon as there is tension, the side opens and the springs inside pop out of the small plastic pins. OBVIOUS DESIGN DEFECT. It's all too obvious that the company doesn't realize

Looks very good, I've been using it for almost a year and so far it works. OK. The glue didn't last more than a day, I scraped it off and applied 3mm mounting tape from the store, everything works fine. It doesn't come with an iPad mount and I don't see where I can buy one. After about four months, the threads were worn out and I had to mend them about once a week with screw locking tape, I think the threads are also made of aluminum, which is not a good idea because aluminum threads suck. I love it! It easily holds my S9 phone in the Otter case. I looked at other mounts but found that they mostly block my view. This keeps my phone just above the dash line so it's not distracting at all. I also didn't want the one blocking the heater vents needed in Wisconsin winters! I purchased this product after trying another one that was auctioned at my shop window. I like this phone holder MUCH better. First surprise was the quality that it's actually metal, second was the pole - once on it seems like it's going nowhere. I haven't tried the iPad holder but the phone holder is amazing.
