I have worked at S&W for more than fifteen years now as both associate attorney and later partner (now retired). The attorneys there can be very opinionated individuals who will not take no or "maybe" answers when it comes time to negotiate deals - they want what is best for them. Cons
  • There are nuances

Best Place To Find Your Next Great Career

Pros
  • A lot more flexible than larger companies
  • Smaller teams/groups makes getting help easier when needed due its size.
  • Fun environment with many opportunities available within our firm
Cons
  • So-so
