This is a fantastic addition to one of our grooming tubs. High pressure when needed or soft pressure for delicate areas or anywhere between. The only gripe we have is that it's very smooth chromed plastic and it's very slippery with wet soapy hands.Wish it was made of metal and wish it had some type of grip on it. This product was great and I used it quite a bit. Bought it at the end of Feb 2020. Easy to install and worked well until the other day the when the plastic knob on the diverter valve broke and left the shower in the hose mode. I took it of and no I beyond the return date window. Argh. I'll have to find a third party diverter valve.UPDATE. I give this company credit. They saw my review and wrote directly to me and sent a replacement valve via DHL very quickly. We have purchased this four times. The levers that switch between shower/sprayer and sprayer on/off are both the reasons we bought this, and the parts that broke around 7 months each time. Photos show the plastic part in the diverted valve. We are currently searching for a sturdier brand with these two convenient functions.

The 8 Feet Extra Long Hose started to leak water after 7 months of good use. I contacted Sumerain regarding this issue and was told to send a picture of the defective hose. I did. Next day, they told me that they were shipping a replacement hose. Today, I received it and replaced the defective one.What an amazing customer service Sumerain has! Five stars!
