I've had 4 or 5 of these kits. The 18100KV seems like the perfect combination of efficiency and performance. love these engines.

Works well with my raspberry pi. I had problems with the input volume as others have said, but it turned out to be a configuration issue (tip: set the gain to maximum with Alsamixer). After I figured it out, it was able to work fine with my speech recognition program.

I bought this mic to use with a Raspberry Pi project and it did the job, but if you're using it in a room with other sounds and noises, it would I recommend something different. External noise prevented the microphone from picking up my voice, especially when the TV was on.

Setup was very easy on my Raspberry Pi B+ but unfortunately that's not my reason for having all the stars. The recording volume is very low and there is a lot of noise. I did this on a Magicmirror project and had to stand right in front of the mirror and yell for it to accept my voice commands. I cannot recommend this microphone.

I bought a couple of these modules after they were burned by one of the cheap relay modules you can buy for 1/2-1/4 the price. This board is a step ahead of the rest in almost every way + Detachable connectors. If you plan on using 14 gauge wire to power high voltage relays, the convenience of these connectors already makes this board a good choice. Even if you have a high utilization application, the removable pin headers make it much easier to replace a new board when the relay finally fails.
