Enhanced SunFounder Raspberry Touchscreen 7" - 1024×600 Capacitive, IPS, HDMI, HD Review

This is reliable equipment. I love the holes for the brackets in the corners. By default, the screen size is the screen size with black bars at the top and bottom of the screen. I changed the display settings to 1024x600. It's perfect for my needs, the price is ok. Update: 1 week later. The screen now has lines. Appears randomly. One star because I now have a new screen with lines. Marks on it in less than a week.

It's significantly smaller than it looks in the picture, closer to the size of the Kindle Paperwhite. I had some trouble setting it up and it's not my first screen. It was pretty uncomfortable. But once I set it up I was happy with it. It works well.

Tried this screen for the Raspberry PI project. It works well and is easy to set up/use. However, I ended up going with a different screen as it had better options for cases. The screen is good, the body parameters are less impressive.

Once you open the box, you don't have to search for tiny instructions. You will receive a large, heavy sheet of paper with an easy to read and identifiable parts list and assembly instructions. I needed a small screen with speakers so I could have a portable solution for my Pi4. This case makes it possible. It has a good viewing angle and, for me, most importantly, sound without an external speaker. The protective film on the screens is very easy to miss - I thought I had two scuffed screens until I finally noticed and now they are perfect. Unlike other/legacy devices, these screens work correctly with Raspberry Pi DPMS and sleep and wake up correctly when touched.

This is a project kit monitor for your Raspberry Pi or Micro PC - Android box. The screen "capacitive" touchscreen ama is very sensitive to touch. Very easy to assemble. Great and well illustrated guide. Providing a small Phillips screwdriver is a nice touch. A much better display than the official one from the Raspberry Pi organization. The screen is good quality, easy to assemble and best of all the Raspberry Pi connectors are disassembled and easily accessible while everything is neatly assembled. Tested plug and play on Linux also on Windows. It's okay if it doesn't start right away, as you'll need to restart your computer for it to work properly.

The product is excellent. I got it for my Raspberry Pi. It got here quickly and customer service even emailed me to make sure I got it.

I haven't had much use other than testing, but once I start a project that can use them, they're perfect. That's my feedback.

I would have thought it would be compatible with the Raspberry Pi's video ribbon cable connector. It's a good deal, but I need to do some real workarounds to make it work for my project.

Works for what I want it for. And it works. It's not the best quality, I've seen tablets with better resolutions, but it's still good for smaller projects. And it's pretty convenient. Would buy again if it came with an $8 case. Unfortunately I had to buy another Case product, tweak it and get it working.
