Great product, well made and very cheap.

In general, the device makes a very pleasant impression. I like the design, the options and the price. It has an AM/FM/weather radio that works very well. Finds connections with no problems. Comes with a flashlight and a reading light (under the solar charging panel). Can be charged at home with electricity, but can also be charged with a solar panel or a crank on the side. You can use it to charge your phone or tablet when needed. I recommend this product to almost everyone. It will come in…

Ideal for emergencies at home, in the car and at play

I was amazed at how many features this small, solar powered NOAA band radio had. It comes with an SOS alarm, an internal battery charging handle and a flashlight. It's compact and light (weighs less than a pound)! This multifunctional radio is ideal for home, car and outdoor leisure emergency kits. Not to mention that this radio can also charge your cell phone in no time at all. In terms of sound, FM is not in stereo and sounds a bit tinny. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and plan to…

More features than expected!

This radio is better than I expected. It has a lot more features than I thought when I ordered it. They are a great gift for friends and family. It's lightweight, compact and picks up a wide range of FM stations. My only complaint (but I don't think it was worth deducting a whole star) was that it only caught stations from 1am to 2am. That may be because I live in the country. You can power this radio with a solar panel, manual start, an internal lithium-ion battery, or three AAA batteries. It…

Good for car camping and maybe even hiking.

Here are some technologies that are good for car camping, pre-hiking and maybe even hiking. This is an emergency radio that runs on batteries, a built in solar panel or a crank - amazing! It is equipped with a NOAA weather band, an adjustable flashlight, a tube reading light, an audiovisual distress signal and a USB charger. You can literally charge your phone with this radio even if it doesn't have batteries! It's light, which is its advantage. The build doesn't feel overly tight and the parts

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Reliable, feature-rich radio

Good emergency radio for the home or carry bag. The radio has a good, clear sound and can be quite loud. The analog tuner makes scrolling to the desired station easier and ensures sufficient volume. I love that you can use the built in rechargeable battery or switch to AAA if needed. Also works as a power bank, I was able to charge my Samsung S9 to 10% in 30 minutes by charging it through this radio. Also a very loud SOS siren in case rescuers find you (don't turn it on near your pets or you'll

Good reception on the outskirts

I recently bought another emergency radio that I love but am having trouble getting to NOAA stations, a piece of wire to find reception I watched a few videos online praising the pull of this radio station, and decided that I would try. I'm glad I did. I can pick up this NOAA station without the extra cable and even indoors where the reception is worse than terrible. The rest of the features are very useful when you're on the go. This is a radio, it would be perfect for the emergency pack. Best

Pros
  • Compact design: 6.57"(L) x 2.22"(W) x 3.2"(H), you can put it in your backpack, glove box or emergency kit and rest assured

Great little backup radio with long battery life

I have ordered and this walkie -Talkie tested fairly thoroughly. I've always wanted an emergency radio and it fits. The crank produces 6 minutes of work for every 3 minutes of running. It seems like a lot, but there just isn't much power in the hand. The solar panel is pretty slow, but it did the job. 3.5 hours of charging gives about 3 hours of radio use. Again pretty fair considering the size of the panel. What struck me was how long the battery lasted when I fully charged it via USB. The…
