Arrived just in time.

I bought a $30 bike and rode it for a couple of weeks until the tube and tire blew out. I've replaced both the front and rear wheels on my bike and haven't had any issues so far.

Pros
  • Good Value
Cons
  • Expensive

I'm getting old! - Tire

This tire is suitable for general use. I've had it for several months, I drive more than an hour a day, it works well. It took some time to arrive after ordering. My only complaint, I find it very heavy compared to the Goodyear I put on the front rim, but that tire was 1/2 the price of the Goodyear.

Pros
  • Excellent Construction
Cons
  • Some Problems

Not very strong but fits oversized vintage Schwinn rim

I bought this for my old Schwinn bike from the mid 1960's. If you have one of those old Schwinn S7 rim wheels, your tire options are very limited. Regular 26" cruiser tires will not fit old Schwinn S7 rims. However, I have purchased these before and I have a feeling that these tires are not very durable and do not seem to last long. I had a tiny piece of glass which punctured the tread and flattened me the first time I rode it last week.I think I'll buy tires for this bike.At least I can still…

Pros
  • High marks for grip and durability from testers
Cons
  • Trade in available

Cheng Shin C241 Street Tire 20 " x 2.125 " Clincher BSW

am happy with it. Here in South Florida I ride a wide range of terrain including sandy dirt tracks and they give me decent traction and floatation even on loose sandy soil. They are most similar to the old slicks we used on the rear wheels of our Stingray bikes as kids in the 1960's. In that sense, they are a bit reminiscent of retro. Rolling resistance is low and cargo capacity is fantastic, which is important to me when traveling with my trike with a loaded trailer, carrying my camping gear…
