Very comfortable, I get in the car and fall asleep. Like a child. I take it on every trip, helps hold my neck up, great travel pillow!

This pillow/support performs better than any other tube pillow I've tried. The higher sides and chin rest are very relaxing. And inexpensive for what you get. This is the first one I've bought and I'm sure I'll have more if not for myself but as a gift.

I have problems with my cervix. I have a chair bed but I needed it to support my neck while sitting in bed. I fell asleep and when I woke up the pillow protected me from the pain in my neck. I think it would be great for travel but I would highly recommend this pillow to anyone with neck issues.

I've been in 3 car accidents in the last 5 years. I have extensive damage to my cervix and bought this pillow after much research to properly support my neck after rotator cuff surgery as I will be sleeping sitting up for a few weeks. It provides good support for my damaged cervical spine so I don't wake up with anything like a headache. The lady in the photo looks like she is sitting up straight with a pillow around her neck supporting her head and giving her a breather, so to speak. Though I suppose she would certainly lean back and lower the back of her chair.
