I was impressed that this unit can deliver close to the advertised output voltage in low sunlight. I'm sure the output current has been reduced but still looks like a solid product. Currently . . I hope long lasting.

I have over 12V but in November I couldn't get over 180+mA all day. I may have to get another one to make this work. But it's a nice and thin removable plastic coating, probably an epoxy coating, which means it will "spread" over time, like old car headlights. I think either replace them or try to polish them again.

I was thrilled when I received these panels. I built a frame and assembled them for 24 volts. And then I tested them. What a disappointment, they only output 110mA instead of 250mA It was a bright sunny day with no haze. If I hadn't built and assembled the frame I would have sent them back. The people who made and sold them have neither honor nor conscience. My advice is to look elsewhere.

Instead of the advertised 3W, the output was about 1W in direct, bright sunlight at noon. I found out too late. The first one didn't work, I ordered the second one connected in parallel. Still not enough power, then I carried out the power measurement mentioned at the beginning. Both panels have similar properties. Disappointed and looking for other solar panels.

No problems so far. I am using this with an 18650 battery charger circuit for a data acquisition application. It does the job, but even under the scorching Florida sun, I didn't get the advertised performance. There can be many reasons for this (including operator error). I've bought cheaper panels on eBay with similar performance, but I was hoping that a small premium means better performance.
