I have used these types of staples from different vendors several times and they have all been of relatively the same quality. Sometimes this product will have a slightly different finish from the same supplier but these rods were noticeably lighter than any of my previous ones which were made from a solid rod. We needed a replacement and I'm glad we bought it! The silver color looks very cool and they appear to be very well made. The kit includes both grips and traction. Although the handles are fairly standard, be careful when ordering the bars as the distance between the two ends is important. I really like that about this device.
