I have contacted Revain/Sunthin via their internal email system. Sanchin replied that they would replace the power supply. There was a delay. They blamed Revane. There is now a fantastic amount of light available under the cabinets. I had a microwave outlet that lit the hob and needed some light over the stove. By snapping two of these together with the clamp provided and covering a small gap with tape, I attached them to the back of the microwave and the amount of light over the hob is now exceptional. I've been looking for LEDs for our kitchen cabinet for a long time. I bought 2 sets (6 poles each), I actually used 5 to light up the counter and the other 7 to rise above the cabinets. I left them under my kitchen cabinets and I love them! They are bright white, but not too "cool". They don't emit blue light like some LEDs, although I wouldn't call them warm. They make the light in my microwave appear yellow. 2 weeks after installation, this remote control no longer worked, although the LED flashed brightly at the end. I thought it was toast and arranged for a refund but I missed the deadline before sending it back. However, the light came on when I plugged in the adapter, so I just left it on. I've been using these bulbs for about 12 hours a day to light up the plants on my bookshelf for a year. I am happy with them for several reasons: 1. They lasted a year. You may think that LEDs last longer than fluorescent/incandescent bulbs, but you are wrong. Unfortunately many cheap cheaper LEDs must be poorly made because I have had several die within 7 months after 16 hours of use (about 3400 hours or 1/15th of the expected lifespan).
