This product works but I had to trim two of the four straps on mine to raise the bell at the bottom a little to catch the hair. He also needs more detailed instructions on how to fold it. Nowhere does it say that it has to be rotated three times to make it small enough to fit back into the carrying case. I just figured it out with the thought that it would either break or work, so I forced it 3 times and it worked. For the rest it works.

Serves its purpose. It's a bit much when trying to take it off as mine doesn't curl as much as it does in the picture. I'm afraid my hair will fall out.
