These shoes fell apart quickly. The insole fell out. Sand penetrates into all nooks and crannies. You are dry forever. I have used Babies R Us water shoes in the past and they last forever no problem. My child outgrew them and they were a terrible substitute.

They were cute, my 5 year old daughter's favorite color and she felt comfortable in them on vacation. They have held up great with frequent use throughout our week + long beach vacation. My daughter wore them all day, sometimes with no problem, in seawater and on land, even around the Tulum ruins. They worked well under snorkel fins.
