Absolutely reliable. Using it in the cold and wind makes life a lot easier. The knurled handles are easy to operate with numb fingers and gloved hands. It supports SLR + 200mm F2.8 lenses without backlash. I used more expensive ball heads and they offered no advantage over Sunwayfoto. Very important.

This is a great ball head for big cameras. Very solid construction, Sunwayphoto produces excellent products, beautifully finished and accurate. What made me decide on this product are the two vertical camera slots. The built-in bubble level helps when taking panoramas, and the pan scale is well done in 5-degree increments.
