Bought and trying to use a Mac program to install software. The program crashes a few times, and when it finally works, you'll have to spend over $160 to install the software. The chip contains no software and is useless if you don't install the software. I can't do it because the program keeps crashing.

It doesn't work for 2018 Chevy Truck, need pay extra $40 to download updated software. For 2018 model. where the description said there would be additional charges. It's a decoy and a parody and you have to go through all sorts of things to always load a version in, it's a real headache.

The unit was easy and inexpensive to upgrade to a tuner. Impressed with the increase in performance. I love how easy it is to program my car to do what I want. Whether I want to tow my van, travel economically or be productive, just plug it in and press the buttons that do the talking. Luckily I don't need the code reading capabilities just yet, but I'm glad I have the option in case the mysterious check engine light shows up!

Bought this in place of the DOD delete line for a number of reasons.1. I wanted to permanently disable DOD and not permanently connect anything to the data port. It did it2. I wanted to remove the speed limiter. It doesn't, instead it says the rate limiter was increased, but gives no meaning to the fact that it was increased to 3. Disable TPMS. It doesn't even have an option for TPMS, despite claims that it does. It's nice that it has data logging and the ability to display current values…
