Excellent rug. Looks very nice in my kitchen. Cool. Lots of compliments. To get rid of wrinkles, I just spritzed on some water every night before bed for a week. It's relaxing and looks beautiful. When you first lay it down, fold the ends back and press to lay flat. Otherwise there are no complaints. Great price and amazing quality.

This rug should not be used at all. I have received and thrown away. It's cute enough, but the packaging it was rolled in ruined this rug. It has a huge hump in the middle and all are bent at the ends. I tried loading it and rolling it from the back to straighten it. Impossible. There is a hump and it cannot be smoothed out. I didn't send it back because the plastic wrap it was folded in was cut open when I opened it. Big disappointment.

I was hesitant to buy without being able to see the quality in person and I was right. Although the colors are very pretty, DO NOT believe the "thick and plush" description. In the photos, this rug looks much thicker than it actually is. The truth is that this rug is very thin and doesn't feel much different than the tile floor I have it on.
