PERFECT FOR RENTAL NAILS

I have very curved nails that also break! I could never grow them out - I always had to cut them close to the skin. No longer! I started using gel and it helped (I hate fake nails and never wanted acrylic). But my nails still curled so much that the sides and edges of the nails where they grew out of the skin detached from the gel in less than a week. I use IBX which has helped them last 7-9 days but the gel still came loose due to the crease. Then I found this! After a few layers (even…

Would I buy again (but lasts 100 years here!)

I also found a "textured" finish after application. Applying superglue ($1 for 2 bottles in the dollar tree; get red plastic capped stuff; also available here for lots more; see below). Or several coats of base/clear coat. If you're repairing a split or jagged edge of the nail, apply a bead of glue to the underside of the nail (the exposed edge) as well. You may need to trim the rounded edge significantly. adhere to the cuticle. It's better to narrow the area filled with superglue a bit rather…

These wraps are not 5 star worthy but better than other things I have tried making them high on my list. The tabs themselves are oversized, larger than most people need to cover an entire nail, but you can cut off sections to get the job done. Removing the silk from the adhesive backing is easy if you use the included pull tab, but not so easy if you're cutting something for a partial repair and don't have the pull tab handy. But it works (I find it easier with tweezers) and then a small thin…

Wonderful! Nail Art & Polish

Okay folks, many of us haven't had a manicure in a long time. I had to wash off my UV gels and my natural nails were as thin and flimsy as tissue paper. In the first photo I saw my natural nails for the first time since 1995. I was fine with leaving them natural until the salons opened, but they kept delaminating and breaking no matter how short I held them on or how much oil and nail hardener. I use. One day it dawned on me: in the early 90's I was doing my nails with silk or fiberglass…
