I read about it. I wanted nothing more than normal mouthwash for "refreshment". I didn't realize how handy these packages are. I use this mouthwash before and after flights. This works well as an alternative to brushing your teeth just to freshen your breath. It's less messy than brushes, which is especially good if you're wearing a suit. For some reason, I find this product more effective than drugstore mouthwashes. Since it's a powder, it also frees up space in my zippered carry-on bag for more liquid.

Very handy for on the go instead of the liquid version. Bleaching alone doesn't really help, you have to use two expensive toothpastes. Then it whitens teeth really well without pain and sensitivity.
