The volume down on the rubber doesn't work. The power button is so sensitive that it will turn off if you touch it.

TV The rubber volume down button doesn't work but the volume up button works and the rubber power button is so sensitive that it turns off if you barely touch it.

Much Better Than Expected

The product came as expected and in much better quality than mentioned in other reviews. Also very easy to mount with protective glass. I like the rear handle with built in kickstand. I'm buying a suitcase for work. I'm a contractor and I carry a bag over my shoulder. The back handle makes it very stable to hold my Ipad and take notes. The pen holder is really well made. It doesn't let the pencil fall out at all. A few people have mentioned that silicon is a dust magnet and I was concerned…

I love the back grip!

This one is a bit heavy but very strong and worth the weight. The rotating handle on the back makes it easy to hold and I'm not afraid of dropping it. It's worth getting

Hard to reach volume buttons to work

I originally rated it a 4/5. The problem I had was that the sound buttons in the case didn't seem to line up with the buttons on the side of the iPad. I prefer to doubt and think maybe it was just me. I've messed it up a few times since then, and the only way to get it working again is to open the case and put them back in place. Not a viable long-term solution. So I had to set it to 2/5. It feels solid enough and the hand strap and shoulder strap are definitely comfortable, but taking it apart
