Hard to reach volume buttons to work

I originally rated it a 4/5. The problem I had was that the sound buttons in the case didn't seem to line up with the buttons on the side of the iPad. I prefer to doubt and think maybe it was just me. I've messed it up a few times since then, and the only way to get it working again is to open the case and put them back in place. Not a viable long-term solution. So I had to set it to 2/5. It feels solid enough and the hand strap and shoulder strap are definitely comfortable, but taking it apart once a week to try rearranging the buttons was something I didn't want to do, so I ended up returning it.
