The clippers are very light and easy to use. The setting is very convenient from speed to length control. The batteries last a long time for me. I think it's ok, the worst thing is that the protection is difficult to put on and it broke 1 time trying. There is a guard on the clipper itself, so I don't know how that affects the size of the guard. Bought recently so can't comment on battery life and durability. Also, the body cover uses drawstrings rather than velcro so they haven't invested much in it.
