This socket was perfect for my lathe cart. I needed 3 sockets for a lathe and work light. It was hard to find one that didn't have USB ports that weren't needed for my purpose. It mounts easily with the included hardware and the cable length is more than enough for my purposes.

I would not use it for travel, since the case is not intended for this. This is good for a fixed installation where you only need a few small plugs, e.g. B. in a table. I used this in a simple guitar pedalboard where I had limited space for power. It was the right size and the board is not intended for use on the street but in my basement.

Ordered 2 for bedside tables, both work as they should. Feels sturdy, comes with screws for mounting. If you have 2 big fat forks only one will work. You can see mine in the picture, it has a thick fork and a normal one. The USB ports also work as they should. Would order again.
