The adapter appears to have been used

When I received the item it looked dirty with scratches. This is the second Microsoft Surface Mini DisplayPort to HDMI adapter I've bought, the first one I've bought directly from Microsoft and it was exactly as described, I needed another for a second display and it worked Amazon a few dollars cheaper.

Wrong part received

I had to request a refund because I received the wrong part. There are two part numbers listed in the Product Information section. Link to correct part number (EJR-00002). I believe the problem is related to the wrong model number (EJT-00001). EJT-00001 is a Mini Displayport to HDMI Adapter. I received two mini DP to HDMI adapters which I sent back. I ordered the part again before I found the wrong model number, so I may get the wrong parts again tomorrow. I hope this gets noticed and fixedโ€ฆ
