🏮 Surpars House Vintage Desk Lamp with Glass Shade and Included Edison Bulb - Table Lamp Review

As described. Works well and looks great. The information sheet with the packaging says a maximum power of 40W (see photo). I ended up replacing the lower wattage amber bulb (traditional) with a soft white 6 watt LED bulb (60 watt equivalent) so I could use it for reading. Highly recommended.

I needed a small lamp to fit my hall table and it is perfect. Everyone talks about how much they love him. I've had it for a few months and so far the only cons. - The on/off switch is on the cord, so I have to leave part of the cord on the side of the table. on/off switch (looks messy) - the included bulb gets pretty hot (which always makes me nervous)

They give my apartment a more modern, mature look and I love it. Love the orange glow of the lights - if you're worried about the lights being too bright with no shadows, don't - that's great! They were packed very well and carefully. This company takes real pride in their work and it shows in their product.

I love this lamp - it is perfect for a nice soft lighting in the evening. The bulb it came with was a little orange and dimmer than I expected, but I had brighter Edison bulbs that I replaced them with. Update: I noticed the light flickered a bit when I turned it on, but eventually stopped. I thought it was a power surge or something until I heard the switch start crackling and smoking. I'm sure it's an outlier but I would consider a guarantee.

Very cool little lamp. Two things I don't like about it: 1. The globe will come loose if you try to clean it. So you have to be very careful not to crash it. 2. The bulb it comes with is a very elegant amber Edison bulb. It's very dark, although it produces a lot of heat. I replaced mine with a 5W Amber Edison LED with a spiral LED element. Still looks retro just a lot brighter and doesn't get hot. Overall a cool product that can be even cooler if you're willing to buy an LED light bulb.

What a cute and unique little lamp! It's amazing and I'm in love. I have it on my bedside table and it's perfect there because the light isn't that bright and I don't need it to read. When the lamp is on, the lightbulb looks so cool. Thankfully, other reviewers have been kind enough to include the size of the bulb when replacement is necessary. This lamp exceeded all my expectations. While an LED may resemble an incandescent bulb, it cannot emit the warm glow of an incandescent bulb, and this bulb has an incandescent bulb. This bulb isn't very bright, but it shouldn't be bright. I also bought a dimmer. In doing so, it produces an amber glow, similar to vacuum tubes only found in vintage radios and TVs, and high-end audio amplifiers. You get warm comfort not available with LEDs. I got a few of them and finally installed them. I love her! They're quick and easy to set up and work like a charm. I prefer the built in switch it uses over the dial, I don't have to dim them and it works better when I toggle them on and off with my Echo. And each comes with an Edison-style lightbulb, too!
