I bought this for the "SHTF" set and am very happy with it. It seems easy enough to use and can easily provide emergency water to two or maybe ten people a day without spending too much time. Great item for emergencies.

A great addition to the best survival water filter on the market as far as I know. Who needs to store large amounts of water for emergencies when they have this device and a water source like a lake or river. This addition increases the useful life of the Survivor filter.

I got exactly what I expected. Haven't had the chance or need to use it yet, but it's part of my everyday hiking gear. I no longer do long-distance hikes, but do day hikes as often as I can, and sometimes water can be scarce. I wanted this for comfort and protection and feel like I got what I wanted. I like how it works.

Hello Hello! I bought a professional survival filter for my wife and I to put in our bug bags! When I received the filter I tested it with the original cotton filter and pre-filter! It's finally here! To update! We've been waiting for this. No more worrying about a clogged cotton pre-filter in the woods. With this upgrade, you can simply flush the pre-filter and keep pumping. The kit includes longer hoses and a little more. Pumps water faster and much easier than standard. The kit includes a nice carrying case and a clip to keep the hose from slipping out of the water bottle when filling. I'm a lucky tourist. Excellent customer service and great product. A few weeks after I bought Survivor Filter Pro, an upgrade kit was announced along with a new "LE" kit that included both components. The upgrade kit was offered at a 50% discount when purchased with an older version of Survivor Filter Pro. This filter works great without a hand pump. I love that it comes with a carrying case to keep everything neat and tidy. It really increases the life of the surviving filter by adding 100,000 liters of pure water filtration capacity.
