They work great! best of spare parts

I put off replacing the struts on my ARE case because I thought it would be too expensive. I have a search and was very excited to find it. That's exactly what happened in my ARE case! For your information, the stands say "ARE 9093". They work great!

Pros
  • Pretty impressive
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

My new prop amigos!

Easy to install and perfect for my ARE camper. After years of supporting the rear window, it's so nice to be able to work with the pillars again. And for the price it couldn't be better and I received my order within a few days of placing the order. Great service and quality product!

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • Reliability

Very strong and very strong

Anyway these spacers are too good. Looking back, I could probably get by with one on the pickup cover window. Trying to close the window with two of them is quite difficult. If I left a dead post there and replaced it with a single post, closing the window would be spot on.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Transparency

Very strong. on lifting legs

Very quick exchange of my camper hull. You get the new clips with them, but spread the old clips apart just enough to remove the old posts, and then with the new posts, quickly pinch them together with your fingers and you're done. Altogether maybe 10 minutes. They work perfectly and the camper lid no longer falls off and hits you in the head. Priceless.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Negative impression

A simple replacement that makes a HUGE difference!

I used them to replace the spacers on an ARE cap. The old ones had to be replaced as not even the hatch could open. After replacing it, all I have to do is pull the handle and they open and happily hold it! Do not be shy! Just replace your old ones with these!

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Almost never

Failed in less than a year

I bought a couple of these and installed them in a roof box. I don't use it much, I just like the look. Thanks to this, the shelves will not be heavily loaded - the lid opens and closes very little; basically they just stood still. Despite their easy life, one of them failed less than a year after installation. Buyer beware

Pros
  • Great for a small house
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something

My ARE-Topper

My old luggage racks could not open or even hold the rear window of my topper. If you've worked with frames, why are you reading this? If you haven't, they're easy to install with a few basic tools and work great. In the first few weeks, the opening was almost too great. Now, after a little use, they easily open the back without hitting my face. Excellent price.

Pros
  • repaired, good thing
Cons
  • Secret
