I love this hair straightener so much! I was visiting a friend and she persuaded me to try it. Of course I bought one. I've only used it once and now there are a few scratches on the panels but other than that it's worth the money. Works 100 times better than my Chi.

I've waited to write this review until I've used the straightener a few times. I especially like my straighteners as I use them every day and my hair is not easy to straighten. This iron is smooth and really heats up as fast as advertised. I have contacted Sutra and Revain, an authorized reseller, and this item has a lifetime warranty. This straightener works as described and makes my hair straight. It's a bit pricey but works well and has a lifetime guarantee so I think it's a good buy!

Works better than my Qi because it doesn't smooth too much. It's so smooth (titanium plates) it keeps my hair soft, straight, yet with body. The chi iron just makes my hair very straight. It also heats up faster and is gentle on my hair. Love it!
