The device worked perfectly until the battery was changed. The indicator will start blinking RED indicating low battery. Have now tried it with 3 sets of new batteries and it no longer lights up. Disappointed.

Works great. Goes as deep as a foot. Must keep objects away from the sensor, otherwise it won't see the car. I think 6-10 inches on either side works well. I had to move the board I was using to support the shelf that was above the sensor as it was close to the field of view.

It was great until it stopped working. I changed the batteries, but that's no problem. As if the sensor flew for no reason. Nothing comes close or touches it to damage it, so I don't think it should last very long. I have 6 months use.

Super unresponsive I mean it's yellowed a few times but usually turns red at the last moment no matter how slow you move . Turns red in the last second whether it's set to 1, 2, or 3 feet. Doesn't work like the ones with big sensors. When you open it you'll find it's $5 crap. The wire is incredibly thin and not long enough, the sensor is small and unresponsive, CHEAP

Got this to help get my SUV back to my 1 car garage - not much room for error as my garage is smaller - I have the distance alarm adjusted to 1 foot (it has 3 spacing settings) and hung on the wall at bumper height. Raised my SUV rear window LED height so I can see it through my rearview mirror and it works like a charm every time! When I'm backing up, the light first turns green at 3ft, then amber at 2ft, then red at 1ft, right where I want to stop. Always works great!

Complete and complete garbage. The light is on even when there is no movement or does not light up when there is movement. It flashes randomly for hours and then stops for no reason. When I looked at this item online it was clear that it was in the lower (bottom?) price range for garage parking sensors so I didn't have very high expectations and didn't feel like taking a big risk with the purchase. My expectations were confirmed. The device works intermittently, randomly, or not at all. An old tennis ball hanging from the ceiling was far more reliable, although annoying.
