If you look at the picture you can see that the bed cover is rolled up at the headboard and reaches to the floor at the headboard. Neither is a real representation. I ordered a king bed for a queen bed to ensure I get at least floor length for the back of the bed. There are no creases in the headboard, there is a compromise to get the headboard coverage by only removing two inches from the tail. If you need good coverage, buy something else.

This is a really great throw! I love the way it looks and it's also light enough to not be a problem for hot sleepers. I also bought a double bed for the extra length for my rather high double bed (the king bed fits and drapes well, freeing up the floor a few inches on either side while the queen would hang too high).
