Last week my 16 year old kitten Pyatno died. The vet came to help us say goodbye. Afterwards it was nice to wrap him in a soft cocoon and it was a great comfort to be able to hold the cocoon for a while. On the contrary, it came in very handy a while ago when I was helping my neighbors with the final preparations for their cat. It was heartbreaking for the family to put her in a hard box. The cocoon seems to be a smoother transition.

This is a well thought out quality product. My only complaint is that it came in a different color than what I ordered and I didn't have enough time to order another one before I needed it. The label on the outside of the package was green, which is what I ordered. When I opened the package the day before I needed it, it was Aqua. All in all, it's not my biggest injury at the moment. But that's also the only thing that kept me from giving five stars.

Having a decent way to wrap up my dearest friend and put her to rest definitely helped. I'm glad I got it. For the price I was very disappointed that the color was turquoise instead of dark green and that three buttons fell off and had to be re-sewn. This product is beautifully made and reliable. I bought it in a moment of obvious sadness, but it was a fitting shroud for my beloved, like wrapping her in a comforting diaper. The inner fabric is a colorful hand dyed fabric and the rest of the cover is well stitched for easy carrying to its final resting place. Last week we had to say goodbye to our very beloved special baby. It was one of the most difficult things we've ever done. Too early. I couldn't bear the thought of just wrapping it in a loose blanket and the box felt so stiff. I thought it looked good online so I ordered it.
