Great for keeping track and management over various suppliers

The system is easy to use with all of our vendors in mind! We are able pull up information quickly so we don't have any problems getting that info out there when needed. I wish it would be easier (or at least more intuitive)to input vendor's details than having them already entered into Excel first - some things just take longer but once they're done you can move right along without fussing around or searching through your account list again. It makes sense how everything ties together from one

  • I like the ease of use, the layout of the system and the ability to enter/update/delete info easily

  • Some of the processes can be a little frustrating at times

Great Product - Would definitely reccomend

I like that it is very user friendly and easy to navigate. It's also pretty affordable too! Some of its features are limited compared to competitors so make sure you know what you need out of your software before buying it. We use sweet success for our daily operations including tracking orders and sales as well as customer relations/service. Excellent Customer Service and Very Quick Resolution for All Issues

The best part of this software is that it provides us with excellent customer service throughout every aspect from initial contact to final payment! If there was anything I didn't like about sweet success at first when we signed up everything went smoothly as usual but after some minor issues occurred they immediately responded very promptly solving our problems in minutes!! Very user friendly for multiple users AND non-users alike

The ability to customize our own reports is very helpful in managing all of my clients' accounts as well as being able to pull up an account by number or last 4 digits. I wish we could see more detail about each transaction such as when it was processed/posted into QuickBooks Online vs manual entry from me with no date stamping available at this point yet so that would be nice! We are using sweet success primarily because they have been working hard at implementing new features which has made…
