💜 Purple Swhiteme Kimono: Small Medium Size for Trendy Style Review

Judging by the reviews, I was concerned about the size and that the belt does not tie. The size is perfect. I tie the belt in a bow. For example, click the Simple button. So I ordered my wife a size smaller. Also perfect. Good product. Excellent price.

The bathrobe is ok, but I didn't notice that the fabric is too "slippery" like the belt. This robe does not stay closed, which is normal in my home but certainly not appropriate in a more public setting. I ended up sewing velcro straps onto the robe to keep it in place and found the best belt to hold it in place.

I think I would wear it more if it was bigger. I usually wear a plus size, but I ordered X-Large hoping it would look more like a toga and more like a Japanese kimono I bought in Japantown, San Francisco. Also, I'm sure it will help, but I have to admit I'm a bit disappointed, especially with the size. I suggest ordering a few sizes up if you're going to use it as a wrap kimono like I was originally hoping.

Working from home seems pointless wearing pants or even shorts so I bought this and a few other robes for a similar price. That's my favorite. I'm 6 feet and weigh 250 pounds. That's a bit clumsy. However, I ordered XL and it fits perfectly. The sleeve length is perfect for washing hands or even dishes without getting wet. Leg length just below the knee. That makes it great to wear outside to get mail. It breathes very well and is great for hot, humid areas like Houston. I will be buying a few…

This was a big disappointment. The fabric was very cheap for the price. It doesn't tie like it should which prevents me from wearing it like it should, not that I particularly want it. He just looks sad.
