Although they are really wet, they dry out very quickly and are therefore of little use. When you use them for the first time it must be a large area as they are very wet at first and then they dry out and turn into a duster.

These replacement wet mop heads are the best. There are some fakes out there, but they don't come close. They are durable and clean and stay moist for months. Other brands dry in a container.

I bought 2 boxes and the first box (I haven't opened the second one yet) and the last 5 are non-standard pads. Single layer mop didn't fit as they were too wide and not long enough. They are too expensive for that. quality control?

Before, I used a conventional damp mop to clean the bathroom and kitchen. These disposable options are much more convenient to use and more hygienic. They're not very expensive either (about forty cents a pad) so I don't feel bad about using them instead of reusable options.

They're pretty wet from chemicals and pick up spills, dirt, and other debris pretty well without smearing dirt all over the place. However, I recommend vacuuming the floor first before using it. I love it! I love my new iRobot floor wipers, they make the whole house smell wonderful. Seriously, everyone who comes comments on how good the house smells. And we have some VERY large dogs in our house! Just don't take the "Open Window" scent that we just had to throw away. Terrible.
