I bought three key fobs so we can find our keys if they get lost. Two worked well, but the third often "chirped" when I carried it in my pocket. I called Zen and reported the problem. The key fob was quickly replaced! They then emailed to make sure I received the key fob. Keychains work as advertised. Excellent service deserves five stars.

At first it seemed great. I put the pendant in my laptop bag. The application matched the tag and when I pressed RING there was a beep. When I put the tagged laptop in the bedroom, after a while the app said it was LOST but the map showed the location (PS it did NOT notify me). A few days later I stood over him and hit the CALL. Nothing has happened. Then I pressed LOST but the application couldn't find the tag. I tried RING again and nothing happened. In general, it's useless.

Bought a few months ago. It worked for me and I decided to buy a few more. Several smart tags work in the application. I have 3 now. There is a small hole in the smart tag. I put my car keys on it. The smart tag is easy to connect to the app. The battery lasts a long time, I've been using it for months, there are no problems with it. It uses CR 2032. I can replace it myself if needed, very easy. No screws, just open the back and that's it. I can also see the location in the app. There is a map.
