Excellent customer service!

I bought three key fobs so we can find our keys if they get lost. Two worked well, but the third often "chirped" when I carried it in my pocket. I called Zen and reported the problem. The key fob was quickly replaced! They then emailed to make sure I received the key fob. Keychains work as advertised. Excellent service deserves five stars.
