Not as durable as the Aspire One.

Bought a pair of REI Aspire One socks a while ago. I liked the firmness of the support and how long it lasted with normal wear. Since then I couldn't find them in local stores so I ordered from here. I misunderstood that I don't currently have an Aspire Zero, but ordered them anyway. Those are good socks. I love Swiftwix. The Aspire Zero does NOT have as solid support as the One. I've only washed them once so I'll refrain from giving more than a 3 star durability rating. I will be back to…

Pros
  • Machine washable

  • Out of fashion

The best socks I've ever used in my running career

The best socks I have ever used in my running career. The Swiftwick ASPIRE Zero socks really live up to the hype and haven't let me down yet. If you're just starting out in running, I highly recommend buying a pair instead of cotton socks when running. Night. At first I thought it was my phone, but then I realized it was socks. If you can live with the burden of knowing all the dark secrets in the world, then get a mate now!

Pros
  • FIRM SUPPORT: With maximum compression and arch support, our socks hug your feet firmly to support your muscles and reduce fatigue so you can perform better and last longer.
Cons
  • Minor issues

Great for thick sweaters

I test and try many different socks for sports like running, crossfit and tennis. I used to be mostly into Feeture but have become a huge fan of Swiftwick and now they've taken over my sock box. I've also worn Torlos, Experi, Balegas but these quick wicks work best with thick sweaters and are comfortable enough. They're more geared towards being lightweight socks, of course, but you won't freeze with them. Feet somehow stay dry, don't slip and there are no calluses. I like to wear something…

Bold colors and a comfortable fit.

I am size 11.5-12 depending on shoes and size 45.5-46 EU for cycling shoes. I'm going to be doing a couple of triathlons this summer and I've had to buy new socks like the ones I got a bit grubby on. One of my events this year is on a team sponsored by my workplace. While I could wear my Sriracha-style socks for that, and most would get the joke, my company's high profile and generally easy-going culture meant I had to try to find socks that had at least some resemblance to the clothes we wear…

Pros
  • Y HEEL: The heel is sewn in a Y shape for a snug fit that moves with your foot without buckling or slipping.
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than others

Excellent quality and great branded sports socks.

I'm a big fan of Swiftwick socks. They make unique socks for sock lovers. If you care about the socks you wear and don't just go to a department store to buy 12 packs of socks (buy 12 packs of beer instead), then you should like them. However, they are a bit difficult to put on as they are thin and snug fitting and I'm not sure if they qualify as "compression socks" but once you put them on you hopefully plan on wearing them for a while . They definitely work well as socks for all day and…

No More Blisters!: Clothing

After LOTS of searching, money spent, and more blisters than you can imagine, I've FINALLY** found the perfect running socks. To me! I'm a neutral runner - medium arch, no pronation etc, but after 3-4 miles I ALWAYS start getting hot spots, right on the ball of my foot, about 1 inch below my big toe. If I run a little longer 1/2 - 1 mile? BLISTER CITY. I have tried all lubes - Aquaphor, BodyGlide, Vaseline. Nothing helped. I got blisters from the lube, but at least my feet were soft. The sweat…
