Delivery was very quick - only two days - Product was in perfect condition - came with all accessories including two very helpful videos - I have been playing handicap golf for 18 years and I think this is the best the best training aid I have ever used. I highly recommend.

Rocking jacket lets you twist instead of swinging your arms. It should be called a golf jacket. It really works! With just a few sessions in the jacket I got a lot better at hitting the ball. I was clumsy at first, but then I relaxed and let the jacket control me. The instructional videos are also some of the best therapeutic golf instruction I have ever seen. Only they are worth it.

bought this hoping to work on my rocking plane. The vest fitted well and was quite tight. Hard plastic that doesn't bend, which is good. The problem is that the sliding slopes kept getting stuck on the rails and didn't really improve it a bit on my way. As always, I was able to move freely, which of course is not true. didn't hold her elbows, nothing but a very tight plastic corset.

Poor workmanship - there are three tabs that need to be lined up with their respective holes in order to put the jacket on. The two closest flaps were offset from the third flap by about half the width of the opening, making it impossible to put on a jacket. Also, no instructions are included with the product - you need to go online for information, which is useless if you are trying to use this product outdoors. Because of these two points, I am returning this item.
