I read reviews from people that they never could get the handle on their skillet tight. My first one was tight without any problem. Loved the skillet so ordered another one. The handle on this one wouldn’t tighten down. I looked at a paper included with the skillet that showed a lock washer that should have been included to secure the screw and take up the extra space needed to secure the handle. Going to get a washer and see if that doesn’t fix the problem.

I have bought many pots, but this is the only one that came with a screwdriver. I guess it is cheaper for a pot with a separate handle that is easier to make and ship. I bought a 12.5" pot, and the bottom (the heating area) is only 9.5". My heating element is 11", so I cannot utilize my heating area.

I love the handle and I love that it came with a very nice screw drive to attach the handle. This pan with its lid will get a lot of use.

We have a glass top stove and need a pan with a perfectly flat bottom. This nice pan has a thick bottom which has kept it flat. The non-stick surface is really good and has held up well.

Love this skillet! I had a large one and love it, so I bought the smaller version and it does not disappoint. Perfect for cooking anything, even an omelet does not brown on the bottom due to the heavy bottom a heavier non-stick, so cooks more like a cast iron skillet.Highly recommend.

Nothing I found sticks to this yet. Light weight easy. Has wooden handle so I can't use it in the oven, otherwise perfect.

I am a stickler about NO metal utensils in non stick pans. I love the way these look and for 6 months are so they were my favorite pans. Now there are a few spots where the coating appears to be coming off so I am afraid to use them now

I am 77 and have never had such great pans. I got the first one a year ago or so and have since gotten two more. I have a large deep pan for making chili and all kinds of things. Great for frying or cooking just anything. I have since gotten a crepe pan that is great for pancakes and toasted cheese sandwiches. I also got an omelette pan, which is wonderful. This pan was exactly what I was looking for in that it did not have screws where the handle meets the pan that stick out and where food ultimately gathers, making it very difficult to clean. So, excellent product.Easy to use with nothing sticking to the pan. Pleasure cooking with this pan.

This has honestly been one of the best cooking utensils that I have ever bought. It does such a great job! It gives restaurant quality to home cooked meals. The only hang up is easiness on cleaning. It must be handwashed in a pinch you can put it in the dishwasher with no issue.

I went through so many no stick pan, once they scratch,I threw them away. But this one didn't scratch, so now I got all different sizes.

This pan is all that they claim. Must use Teflon utensils with it and wash by hand with mild soap and cloth to keep it that way.

I love this pan so much I had to get another one! If you can convince all family members to use this pan according to instructions it would last a long time!

Exceptional. After trying any number of "nonstick” pans, all of which crapped -out in 6 months or less. All had wear marks or burnt-food marks that resulted in sticks. So much for "nonstick”, right? Sensarte had none of that. Zero. Nada. No scratches (I use Teflon spatulas), even heating, and nothing sticks. Eggs, steak, fried Szechuan noodles… all smooth as silk stirred around your the pan. Yes, having to attach the wood handle raised an eyebrow, but a few turns of the screw and ‘viola’…

I use this pan at breakfast when I had a group of girlfriends for the weekend. They were all so impressed that they immediately each ordered one!

I haven't used this big skillet a lot, but so far it has met or exceeded my expectations. It seems to have a very durable coating - - - and food will not stick. I made pancakes and they came out great. Clean up is a breeze. Hope this lasts a long, long time.
