I am 77 and have never had such great pans. I got the first one a year ago or so and have since gotten two more. I have a large deep pan for making chili and all kinds of things. Great for frying or cooking just anything. I have since gotten a crepe pan that is great for pancakes and toasted cheese sandwiches. I also got an omelette pan, which is wonderful. These pans clean so easily and nothing sticks! You do not have to use high heat on these, they conduct heat so well that you don't need to use that setting. I got my induction cook top a few years ago and love it. I have tried a number of different brands of pans on it and by far, these are the best! I bought these pans based on reviews by people who have used them. Glad I listened.
