Piece of junk: toggle switch

I used to replace the switch in my food warmer. Device 125V 7A 850W. Took me less than 2 weeks and it cracked and melted on external contact. The stick is of course welded and doesn't work or move.

Attention: all people with battery operated baby clothes.

The reason I bought these switches is that they are very durable. The relay on the grandkids toy bikes is rusty. I use these toggle switches and shut off the relay. They will last all summer if stored outside. Maybe longer in the garage. A small change and up in the front, down in the back. You can't beat a cheap replacement.

It had a switching pattern that I needed to route two different power supplies to a rear camera.

I used the switch to power the rear/traffic camera. The central rod went into the chamber, powered by one of the other rods. A pole was powered when the reversing lights came on so the reversing camera helped when hitching my 2 trailers. The other pole was powered by the taillights. As long as the taillights or headlights are on, the camera is on so I can monitor trailers and traffic while driving. (I have flatbed trucks that haul ATVs and UTVs.) It works well and I've already used it asโ€ฆ
