Very sturdy construction, shifting is smooth and positive. The gold contacts on the connectors are very pretty. Although not mentioned, it even works well with player-cartridge-level signals. It's been a long time but I finally found a decent switch that works better than the description!

Nice input select switch. Completely passive and does not add any noticeable noise to the signal chain. Greatly simplifies my stack so I can select a source and use a balanced headphone amp (below) or speakers driven by a Pioneer amp on the right.

Works great for users with sensitive headphones. With short, good quality cables in my setup, I haven't noticed any real or significant increase in output impedance, although there can be a slight crosstalk with other audio sources in the chain when the inputs are loud/high gain. In addition, the build quality is really solid and suits my setup well. Hard to beat for the price.

I bought this unit because one of the reviews said it worked well on an audiophile dyno and looked better than some others. It doesn't, and it seriously degraded the sound quality on my system. Just look at the RCA connectors - they're anything but smooth. Despite its rugged appearance, it does not include high quality components in the signal path. I just had to switch between sources, so I do it manually and everything works fine.

The quality of this 4-to-1 splitter was evident right out of the box. Easy to use, well made and works without any problems. This is not a cheap plastic box. Yes, more expensive than these, but once you get your hands on it you can feel the overall quality of the product. Works passively, no electrical connections are required. This only applies to wired RCA connections. I use it for my stereo and it works perfectly. I wish they had 4 inputs with 2 outputs, that would be really ideal.

Don't believe all the rave reviews praising this "audiophile quality" RCA switch. Given the poor quality of the parts here, I felt cheated paying $82 for it. Even the price around €35 would be too high considering the poor quality of this cinch box. Everything seems to be hardwired, no integrated circuits. It's good. It has a beautiful aluminum body. It is passive and requires no power. The switch works fine.
