🔧 Lube Oil GPL 205 G0: 0.35 oz Stabilizer Lubricant for Mechanical Keyboards with Switches & Keycaps; Keyboard Lubricating Product Review

Just started modding keyboards and was looking for an alternative to Krytox as it was a bit pricey everywhere I looked. I've used Gateron Yellow switches and can say they work well for smoothing out the feel. The included brushes are a bit cheap but do the job. However, I had to apply a little more than I thought I would to keep the switches from scratching. I recommend it to those who are interested in hobbies.

Used on cherry red and sounds three times better than without lube. Easy to apply although a small amount, so use sparingly, especially when greasing a 108 wrench. This material will probably last for about 2-3 sets of keyboards, depending on how much you distribute. Even if it costs money.

I've used both the Krytox brand and this generic GPL and they seem the same to me. Here you will probably get twice as much as if you had bought Krytox for the same price. I've smeared a few keyboards with the glass and the keys sound and feel pretty good. I'm assuming the brushes are some sort of litter, but they're fine too. All in all I would recommend if you're willing to go non-genuine branded Krytox on your switches.

This Krytox material is expensive everywhere. If you are new to this hobby you will find that it is highly regarded as a lube. I bought it and immediately understood why it has such a reputation. Great lube and this little jar is enough for most beginners working on 1 or 2 builds. This will take a while. Less more. happy building

I was hesitant to purchase this product as some reviews said it had very little lube and the brushes were used. This is not the case with the product I received - there was a ton of lube in the jar and I could probably lube about 2-3 more keyboards with the amount I received. My brushes weren't used either, but your experience may vary. If you are lubricating your first keyboard or just need lube for one keyboard, this kit is a great choice.

I opened the box and found two broken brushes and a ridiculously small jar. (Ordered before size is listed in title) Even if it's not a lot, you can probably cover 80+ switches. if you do it right Was a bit flimsy but worked well. After careful research I bought some Krytox 205g0 for $7.25 from another site. Shipping is $5 with some other items. For about the same price, it's much better quality and you get a lot more. Don't take it, just buy the real stuff.
