📺 Sylvania 10.1-Inch Dual Screen Portable DVD Player with USB Card Slot for Digital Movie Playback Review

Finally connected to the car, worked ONE DAY and then just stopped. Also tried the plug in the house, still dead. My return deadline has expired so I lost $80 on junk.

Bought for kids to watch on holiday Good they've never turned them on but we've tested them before and they work well but wish I could buy them accept the DVDs for any player. They're not very loud, but otherwise work well.

Don't waste your time or money with this DVD player. It worked great for 3 months then the screen went black and stopped working for no reason. Repair, exchange or refund is not possible. Do yourself a favor and switch to another brand. After reading other reviews it seems we are not alone.

Poor quality. Too bad I didn't read the reviews before buying. The main unit stopped working after 2 weeks. When it worked, it was a great way to keep little ones calm and happy on long journeys. However, the opening procedure is inconvenient for loading and unloading the disc. I hate that the default volume is set to maximum every time you turn it on. But it doesn't matter because it doesn't work now! I regret this purchase.

We had the 9 inch version and loved it. The screen was accidentally stepped on which prompted me to purchase this 'upgrade'. This new 10.1-inch version does not have the ability to remember the last place the DVD was before turning off the device, nor a remote control like the last device. . The headrest straps are short and not durable. Last time we bought the headrest mounts for an extra $30 so it's fine. I would like to go back to the previous model SDVD9805-C.

I would give ZERO STARS, BUT THAT'S NOT AN OPTION! This product is the biggest joke, it stopped working right after the return date which was 30 days and then you have to deal with the warranty department and send a video to prove the item is defective and after 10 days you can get a reply from them and then they want more pictures with the model number scratched out and the cables cut. The item is clearly defective, I would never recommend buying this product as it will not last long!
