Works very well and fits my devices snugly. My rented house had some interesting fixtures that needed special lightbulbs for my bathrooms and that fit the bill. Just be careful not to touch the glass; I used the packaging to keep my hands from touching it. Apparently, oils can make it explode (but that may be the wives' tale).

These halogen bulbs are difficult to find in DIY and department stores. I understand that LED technology has taken over the industry, but I have a favorite table lamp that suits me. 7 years ago it was quite a big investment, so the opportunity to order Sylvania bulbs here is worth it. Many Thanks.

Unfortunately the bulb I bought it for seems to be broken and not the old one so I don't know if I bought the right bulb or what. Unfortunately, owners of old lamps (older than 5 years or so) have problems with new lamps. I'm giving away an unused lightbulb with a broken(?) lightbulb and maybe someone can get them to work together. From now on I'll use LEDs.

I found it harder than (reasonably) expected to get into the light as the two prongs were slightly larger than the previous light. With a little more effort, he finally entered the device. Be careful not to bend the pins as they are not designed to carry this load. Knowing what I know now, I would buy them again if needed, despite the difficulties mentioned above.
