Good quality lamps. They're a bit more expensive than many of the other options, but I'd rather pay more than keep changing inferior bulbs. My 2005 Subaru STi Corner (sidelight) light was burned out. Their light output is much brighter than the old 194 bulbs. Note that I removed the orange portion of the corner lights (cleaned up the headlights). Incandescent 578 replaced with Sylvania 578 LED white 6000K. The result was whiter and about the same lumens. Required more lumens than this lamp so Sylvania ZEVO was ordered. The ZEVO LED shows a power consumption of one watt and the 578 LED a power consumption of 0.5 watts. ZEVO should be twice as bright as a standard LED 578. Purchased 168 and DE3175. I had to believe the reviewers who said they weren't bright! The original yellowish halogen bulbs on our 2018 Subaru Crosstrek Limited are slightly brighter, I would estimate 50-100% brighter. I even tried one on our 2016 Mazda 6 GT (with factory LED interior lighting) just for comparison, next to the map lights. I've tried many different LED lights like this for the license plate lights on my last two cars and none of them have worked for me. Everything was always too blue and didn't look like the LEDs that are standard on some cars. After seeing a few photos online I finally decided to give them a try and I couldn't be happier.
