A good headphone with a few weaknesses.

These headphones are stylish, simple and definitely good value. Within a few hours, with moderate listening, they deliver good sound, almost no distortion and deep bass. I wasn't expecting such good bass from 8mm drivers as the most powerful bass earbuds I've ever owned came with 9mm drivers. The bass is a bit too low at low volume. Even with strong bass, it doesn't particularly disturb the rest of the spectrum. The highs are quiet but present. All in all, these are LOUD headphones! However…

Better than the Beats! The best headphones I've ever had!

First of all I would like to say that I am a music/sound addict! I love music and am very picky when it comes to headphones and speakers. I've bought $400 worth of Beats and while I like them, I'd like to know about Symphonized products in advance. They have amazing sound and very good quality. I've bought several pairs of these and have always been very impressed with them. They have a decent amount of bass and treble as you would expect if you enjoy live pop/rock music. Some people I also…

Great headphone set

Started checking prices for noise canceling headphones at Revain and finally found these. I was intrigued by the idea of using wooden cabinets to improve the sound, plus the price, so I bought a pair for myself and one for my dad as Father's Day gifts. I figured I'd test them out then, if I'm not happy I still have the money to invest in a much more expensive noise canceling headphone. When I put them on, I was very impressed by the rich bass. I had to adjust the EQ to boost the highs to…

XTC has an amazing SQ

OK I bought these on a whim when they were a lightning deal? Definitely budget headphones, one look and you will see for yourself. The cable and connectors are suspect and don't promise a bright future. Headphones are light and comfortable. I put the right foam tips on it and got a good seal with very good soundproofing, so good that there was some cable noise, so you'll have to come up with a solution to this problem. (Wrap them around your ear or wear a shirt clip.) So I was ready to pass…

Beautiful appearance, functional improvement is required.

New: They sent me a second pair of Symphonized headphones. I received the DRM Green/Blue headphones. This new pair has an elastic cord instead of a fabric sleeve. They are basically functionally the same and still don't stay in my ears no matter what I try. I think it's the type of headphone that's the problem for me. I feel that the weight of the wood and the amount of casing sticking out of the ear causes the buds to fall out of my ears every time I put them in for more than a few minutes…

  • Nothing here

Wood is worthless, but that's not my problem

I knew wood was worthless before I bought the headset, but I was hoping that the sound quality would live up to the mostly positive reviews. First the good news. The build quality of the external components seems good, except for the headphone fit, which I found to be either too small or too big (there wasn't a suitable size), and the lack of foam on the kidneys doesn't make for a good fit. On the other hand, I didn't suffer from earaches/headaches from prolonged listening, which sometimes…

Beats by Symphonized for $16

For a $16 pair of headphones these headphones have great sound and durability. Add to that the fact that these headphones have "tangle-resistant" and flexible cords, custom headphone sizes, are compatible with phone calls on my galaxy s4, have a gold-plated connector, and have a diagonal connector, you might consider these headphones to be a bargain. It's been over a year since I've used my pair but they're still holding up mostly intact! Both headphones still work, the bass is still good and…
