Excellent User Experience for Attendance Management

Ease of implementation was our primary objective. It met that goal and then surpassed it with a simple application configurator from office to mobile. Great product. Easy to use at any scale. Nothing we dislike. We've noticed increased utilization of the solution with less downtime in the workplace now thanks to seamless syncing with Active Directory. Employees enjoy greater awareness of security settings from their personal electronic devices in the workplace. The ease of use, the ability toโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Lots more features than other vendors offer just wish there were an easy way (a button) they could add "inactivity" into logoff timer so people don't have too many tabs open.

Great System - Would recommend for anyone looking into implementing something similar

I like that it is compatible with several different vendors (ADC's). It also has some great features in terms of how you can track your visitors. You can customize who sees what information and even put reminders up when users need them! There are definitely areas where they could improve this product but nothing really comes across as bad or anything negative at all. We use Synel mainly because we have customers using other companies' products so not having any issues here would be awesomeโ€ฆ

Very good in terms of security which is the most important thing for everyone

The best part is that it makes you feel secure while having an easy approach of managing your employees in just few clicks! I have faced issues with its mobile app as well but now seems like everything will be fine by using their new updated version which came recently!! Nothing much so far except some minor glitches here n there when we were working online via our laptop or desktop computer etc., nothing major though. There are no problems at all yet if this thing works perfectly then i think
