It's good if you know what you want.

If you were expecting this product to taste like a glass of sweet tea or Crystal Light, then it isn't. Apart from that, its unique taste defines its niche for people looking for a light and refreshing isolate. I throw it in a ball blender with ice and some unsweetened tea, and it's perfect when I need some protein but don't want to be weighed down with anything milky or heavy. In a standard shaker, if you leave a lot of space in the bottle, this will result in heavy foaming. It's definitely not

Great if you don't want a thick shake texture and/or are new to the diet.

Tastes like iced tea and mixes easily with water. I'm not a big fan of the thick shake texture and prefer the texture and taste of juice or tea. I use a large 28 ounce mug or 32 ounce nurtibullet mug to mix it with water and ice. I would suggest stirring rather than shaking. For some reason it also doesn't mix when shaken rather than stirred. When I want a creamier taste I add oat milk (European family, we love afternoon tea with milk). I started 70 pounds overweight and have lost 30 pounds…

I must have written that instead of posting it. Although I like the product and the ease of purchase, I will buy elsewhere. The April 30 raise of $5 is just plain ridiculous. Alright, here's the sensation. I've been drinking this for over 10 years so I love the product. Why? It's water miscible so I don't have to drink those heavy milkshakes.
